New! Members can now benefit from added Interac e-Transfer® functionality.
Enhancements allow members to:
 
1. Start Receiving Additional Transaction Details
You may now benefit from receiving additional payment details such as photos, invoices and purchase orders in various formats. Accessible through online banking, this richer information will better assist members in reconciling transactions.
 
2. Receive Interac E-Transfers via Account Numbers
If you are asked for your account information by a 'Sender' using Interac e-Transfer via account number, please ensure you provide the correct information. This will include your institution and branch/transit numbers and your full account number. Click here to find your Account Details for Interac e-Transfer, call our Member Contact Centre at 1-866-500-9328 (WFCU) or visit your nearest retail location.

New Virtual Queuing System
For the comfort and safety of our members we’ve introduced a new virtual queuing system for in-branch visits.  Members can now text us to let us know they’ve arrived, then wait in the comfort and safety of their vehicles until we are ready to serve them. Once we are ready, members will receive a text back inviting them into the branch. For more information visit wfcualerts.ca.
