Notice of Automated Telephone Banking System Upgrade

WFCU Credit Union continually seeks to improve the banking channels we use to deliver services to our Members. In doing so, we are upgrading our Automated Telephone Banking System (TeleService) to provide Members with a more user-friendly experience.
 
The new automated system will offer Members new choice selections, designed to make it easier for you to complete your banking transactions.
 
To complete the upgrade, TeleService will be unavailable Wednesday, October 3, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. During this time Members will continue to have access to our retail locations, online and mobile banking platforms, and ATM services to complete their banking transactions.
 
Once the upgrade is complete, Members will be able to access TeleService 24 hours a day by dialing 519.974.0098 from any touch-tone phone.
