Attention Online Banking Users

Due to a recent upgrade to our online banking software, members who use online banking are asked to clear ‘cookies’ on their browser or mobile device and re-register their computer or mobile device with Increased Authentication.

It has come to our attention that members who had registered their PC or device for Increased Authentication prior to the recent online banking upgrade on January 25, 2012 are being asked to answer their security question on every login. The question will continue to be asked at every login even if you select to “register this computer or device”. By clearing your ‘cookies’ and re-registering your computer and mobile device, your security question will no longer be asked at every login.
