Equifax Data Breach

Equifax, a consumer credit reporting agency, has conducted a comprehensive forensic analysis of the cybersecurity incident.  It has been determined that 8,000 Canadian consumers’ personal information was impacted.  Equifax will notify impacted Canadians by mail and offer them free credit monitoring and identity theft protection.

This site will help consumers determine if their information has been potentially impacted and to sign up for credit file monitoring and identity theft protection.
