System Analyst

Our Systems Analysts operate within a supportive team environment, playing a critical role in designing, maintaining and troubleshooting our infrastructure, administering and maintaining our server environment, assisting with network security as well as overall network administration including client support and troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will be proficient in supporting a variety of technologies with emphasis on supporting general networking concepts, Microsoft operating systems, CISCO networking technologies, in-house and off-the-shelf applications and frontline hardware.

Preferred candidates will demonstrate strong communication and organization skills with an ability to analyze and resolve issues while providing superior customer service. A diploma or degree in information technologies from an accredited post-secondary institution combined with a minimum of ten years work experience is required. Project management and work experience in a fast paced, service oriented information technologies environment will be considered an asset. Day, evening, weekend and on-call scheduling is required.
