Recruitment Lead

This temporary full time position will be responsible for executing our full cycle recruitment process to “hire the best” and delivering an excellent candidate experience.  You will promote employment opportunities at WFCU Credit Union through our established best practices and procedures.  You will also develop innovative recruitment strategies to identify job candidates and maintain a candidate pipeline for all sales and non-sales positions at WFCU Credit Union.

The successful candidate must demonstrate a high level of accuracy while multi-tasking to complete due diligence through the recruitment process.  The individual must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills. The ability to work proactively while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality is critical. Familiarity with sourcing quality candidates through social media channels is required.

Post-secondary education is required and a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Human Resources is preferred. Expert computer proficiency skills operating Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word with a minimum of five years in full cycle recruitment are required. Previous experience recruiting within the financial services industry is an asset.
