As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for integrating business solutions and technology to meet the needs of the credit union by enhancing member satisfaction, streamlining processes, generating additional revenue and reducing costs.

In this position, you will assist in developing business cases to support new applications, features and functionality of our systems. You will be tasked with identifying and defining the functional specifications of in-house development. You will develop training materials to assist with implementing new applications as well as responsibility for documenting the administration and support of those programs. You will be working in a collaborative team environment and will assist with project management.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience and will also have completed post-secondary education in a business related field. Work experience in the financial services industry is an asset. The successful candidate will be proficient using XML, JSON, C# under the .NET framework. In addition, strong communication, analytical problem solving and organizational skills are required.
