With incidents of fraud on the rise as scammers try to profit from COVID-19, we remind our members of the importance of protecting yourself against fraud.One way you can do this is by updating your Personal Access Code which you use for online and mobile banking to our new Strong PAC criteria. In order for your new PAC to meet the Strong PAC criteria it must be between 10-30 characters and contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and 1 special character (*-/?@#$%^&).
To update your PAC, simply:
- Login to online banking
- Click on the Profile and Preferences link in the left-hand menu
- Click on Change Personal Access Code (PAC)
- And follow the step-by-step instructions to update your Personal Access Code (PAC)
- Select settings
- Tap Change Personal Access Code.
- And follow the step-by-step instructions to update your Personal Access Code (PAC)
