Lending Fulfillment Officer

As a Lending Fulfilment Officer, you will provide support to the fulfilment centre by providing centralized due diligence which will result in a more consistent member experience during the lending process. This team will also expand standardized processes through the organization.

In summary, the Lending Fulfillment Officer will:
  • Report to the Team Leader, Lending Fulfillment
  • Provide technical and administrative assistance to the Lending Fulfillment team
  • Complete document collection and associated due diligence for credit files
  • Review information received to ensure that it is accurate and supports the preapproved lending application
  • Prepare written and electronic correspondence
  • Demonstrate exceptional professionalism and confidentiality
As the successful candidate, you’ll have responsibility for:
  • Contacting the member to collect any required documents for the approval process and verify the accuracy and authenticity of the documents, upon receipt of preapproval from the adjudication team
  • Preparing lending and/or membership contracts and forward completed forms electronically to retail staff
  • Adhering to and complying with established policies, guidelines and procedures with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
The “must-have” skills and qualifications that we’re looking for are:
  • A diploma in Office Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in lending
  • Excellent computer proficiency operating Microsoft Office programs
These additional skills are considered assets too:
  • Experience working in the financial services industry
