Board Of Directors

One of the fundamental differences between credit unions and other financial organizations is that each member is eligible to run for election as a Board member and to vote for the Board of Directors. As a member of WFCU Credit Union, each member has an opportunity to be part of our leadership.

Each year at the Annual Meeting, all members can participate in the election process. Through this process, our members participate in shaping and directing the future direction, services and community role of WFCU Credit Union. Credit unions are the only financial organization which involve you directly.

Our Board of Directors, elected by their fellow members, are accountable for establishing WFCU Credit Union's strategic direction, corporate policies, approving major financial decisions and financial statements.

On an annual basis, our Board of Directors review our strategic planning process, our mission statement and corporate principles. We reconfirmed our commitment to being responsive to our members and adding value to the communities in which we operate.

Our Directors live and work in our community and they make decisions in the best interest of our credit union and our community.
