Senior Customer Service Representative

An exciting and immediate career opportunity is currently available at WFCU Credit Union for a:
Senior Customer Service Representative.

The Senior Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent service to our membership.

In summary, the Senior Customer Service Representative will:
  • Respond to external member inquires in a timely, professional manner
  • Provide quality service to WFCU Credit Union members
  • Process basic over the counter financial transactions for our strictly business members such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, US transactions, money orders and more
  • Complete miscellaneous administrative duties
The “must-have” skills and qualifications that we’re looking for are:
  • At least 3-5 years prior experience in a customer service role in the financial services industry.
  • Completed post-secondary education
  • Excellent communication and customer service/sales skills
  • Two to four years of cash handling experience
These additional skills are considered assets too:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills while working in a fast-paced environment
