Call Centre Representative

The Call Centre Representative is responsible for providing excellent service to our members.

In summary, the Call Centre Representative will:

  • Respond to external member telephone inquires in a timely, professional manner
  • Provide quality service to WFCU Credit Union members
  • Process basic financial transactions for our members such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, US transactions, money orders and more
  • Assist members over the telephone, while providing excellent member service
  • Complete miscellaneous administrative duties

The “must-have” skills and qualifications that we’re looking for are:

  • Completed post-secondary education
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills while working in a fast-paced environment
  • One to two years of call centre experience

These additional skills are considered assets too:

  • Prior experience working in the financial services industry
